WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS ORDER:

WARRANTY POLICY:

1. All Slings of Judah products are covered by a limited 90-day warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
2. This warranty covers issues such as failed splicing, defective leather, cord failure due to manufacturing defects, or faulty assembly.
3. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, modifications, improper storage, cosmetic aging, or damage caused by unsafe use.
4. At our discretion, defective products may be repaired, replaced, or refunded as store credit.

RETURN POLICY:

1. Unused and unmodified products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
2. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
3. Custom or modified items are non-returnable unless defective.

LIABILITY STATEMENT:

1. Slings are potentially dangerous tools and can cause serious injury or property damage if used improperly.
