WHAT THIS ORDER INCLUDES:

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS ORDER:

1. Cement/concrete powder (small bags can be purchased separately)
2. De-moulding agent
3. Cleaning brushes/tools
4. Mixing containers/tools

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

1. Mixing bowl (recommend a long pour spout)
2. De-moulding agent (either a spray, or petroleum jelly/Aquaphor)
3. Cement powder (you can purchase this in our store with the calculated powder to water ratio)
4. Liquid measuring cup (mL)
5. Mixing tool/spatula
6. Five gallon bucket and cleaning brush/pick
7. Baby wipes/paper towels
8. Well ventilated working area

WARNING - PLEASE READ:

1. Never bend the mould, it can break. See instruction video for proper use
2. Always use a release agent
3. Clean moulds directly after use to avoid buildup
4. Cement powder is easier to work with compared to concrete and will produce a cleaner glande. Avoid inhalation

WARRANTY POLICY:

1. All Slings of Judah products are covered by a limited 90-day warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
2. This warranty covers issues such as failed splicing, defective leather, cord failure due to manufacturing defects, or faulty assembly.
3. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, modifications, improper storage, cosmetic aging, or damage caused by unsafe use.
4. At our discretion, defective products may be repaired, replaced, or refunded as store credit.

RETURN POLICY:

1. Unused and unmodified products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
2. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
3. Custom or modified items are non-returnable unless defective.

LIABILITY STATEMENT:

1. Slings are potentially dangerous tools and can cause serious injury or property damage if used improperly.
2. By purchasing or using a Slings of Judah product, the customer accepts all responsibility for its safe and lawful use.
